Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: 14/06/2026

1. Merchant of Record All payments for SummaChat are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (and its affiliates, including Paddle.com, Inc. for U.S. customers, depending on your location), which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the entity that sells the Service to you, handles payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax collection. References to payment, billing, and refunds in this policy are subject to Paddle’s role as Merchant of Record.

2. Subscription Cancellation You may cancel your subscription to SummaChat at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

3. Refunds

  • General: Payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
  • Exceptions: If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact nazmi@summachat.com within 7 days of the charge. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.

4. Chargebacks If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.

5. Contact For billing inquiries, cancellations, or refund requests, contact us at nazmi@summachat.com.
